2. Architectural Design

Architectural Design Only is a specialized service offered by Trickle where we fully design custom homes, including floor plans and exterior elevations. This option allows you to build a Trickle home in your own city. For clients in Alberta, we provide a full set of construction plans. For clients outside Alberta or internationally, we offer concept designs that can be finalized with a local architect for construction plans.

At the start of the design process, we sit down with you to discuss your vision, needs, and lifestyle. Our architectural technologists create designs that blend your preferences with practical solutions, ensuring every detail meets your functional and personal needs.

Architectural Design Reveal

Next, we present the finalized architectural designs. You’ll see your custom home plans come to life through renderings and layouts, allowing you to visualize the finished home and make any adjustments.

Interior Design Start

We then move into the interior design stage. Our interior design team hosts a comprehensive meeting to dive into the your vision. We listen to your wants and needs, ensuring we understand your style and requirements. We will collaborate with you to select finishes, colours, and materials.

Interior Design Presentation

We present the complete interior design scheme to you, including samples and visual mock-ups. This presentation ensures that every detail meets the your expectations and provides an opportunity to see how all the pieces come together.

Breaking Ground

With designs finalized, we begin the construction process. This exciting milestone marks the beginning of your dream home taking its journey from concept to reality.

Walkthroughs

Throughout the construction process, we keep you in the loop with regular walkthroughs. These updates ensure that every detail is progressing as planned. Our team inspects each aspect of construction to ensure everything meets your high standards and expectations.

Possession

We conduct a final quality control with you on possession day to ensure everything is perfect. The final step is handing over the keys to your new Trickle. Our team remains available for any follow-up questions or needs as you settle into your new home.

If you’re within an hour’s drive of Calgary, we’ll build for you. Beyond that, we offer architectural design only plans.

We always strive to work within our clients budgets. There is no minimum budget required. It all depends on your square footage requirements and wishes for your home.

Trickle will guide you in determining the ideal square footage for your home. We'll discuss your priorities and lifestyle to help you decide what would work best for you. There is no minimum size requirement when working with Trickle.
